Exchange & Return Policy

At SIA, we want you to love your piece. If you need a different size or change your mind, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all tags and packaging included

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, perfumed, or missing original tags cannot be exchanged or returned.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for the delivery fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

To request an exchange or return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the request.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the exchange or refund.
