Products
We do our best to display our products, colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. SIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with product availability, payment, shipping information, or suspected misuse of the website.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Exchange & Return
Exchange and return requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, address, and order information. SIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for any illegal or harmful purpose.

Intellectual Property
All SIA designs, images, logos, content, and branding are owned by SIA and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.
